AMBLER, Pa. – A enterprise proprietor in Ambler is celebrating after the borough backed off from making an attempt to take his enterprise property via eminent area.
Pasquall Riccardi was already struggling after his auto restore store on South Important Avenue burned down on Feb. 3. After the hearth, the 80-year-old proprietor was near being compelled to promote the property to the borough.

Borough leaders introduced the plan to reverse course at a council assembly on Tuesday.
